A tour operator with strong website sales wanted to test whether chatting with customers during the search process would increase sales.

Finding answers to two central questions was crucial for the success of this campaign:


What is the most strategic time during the search process to address potential customers?

What time of the day are the customers really willing to book and when do they have time to chat?

 

AIC is active in the afternoon and evening. Users were offered the opportunity to chat any time they were visiting the website.


THE RESULTS

The results exceeded the customer's expectation and the collaboration on this task was extended after the test period. One key reason why the contract was extended was: the team's high level of competence.
